Maintenance & Workshop Change Hand
* General Description of what the jobholders will do (scope of activities) and whom he/she will interact/cooperate with:

Job Responsibility

* Within the trial period the successful applicant would be expected to familiarise him/herself with BS 7671 the British Standards for electrical works.
* To supervise and run five directly employed workforce.
* To issue and control daily works schedule.
* To supervise working practices and oversee staff training and Health and Safety issues.
* To maintain a basic store of materials required for the daily maintenance and works with an electronic inventory.
* To manage the maintenance of the Embassy’s Air Conditioning units within the Embassy compound and elsewhere on the Embassy’s housing estate.
* To organise, implement and control the forward maintenance register.
* To organise the maintenance programme and schedule of works for the In- house staff and contractors.
* To co-ordinate all works within the Embassy compound and the housing estate.
* To maintain logbooks to make sure maintenance is correctly being completed.
* To assist the TWS in writing specifications for all types of works to be tendered and contracted out.
* Supervise tendering procedure from issuing of tender to awarding contracts.
* To assist and run tender works and contractor for quality assurance and standards.
* The job holder will also assist the UK Based Technical Works supervisor in many aspects of the job including, interpreting measuring and estimating materials for new works, completing electrical inspection and testing.

Qualification

* The ideal applicant will be qualified in one of the following fields
* Electrical installations and maintenance of commercial and domestic properties. With full grounding in the latest Indonesian electrical standards with a basic knowledge of BS 7671 wiring standards.
* Mechanical air conditioning installations and maintenance of commercial and domestic properties. With full grounding in the latest Indonesian standards
* Building installations and maintenance of commercial and domestic properties. With full grounding in the latest Indonesian standards
* All applicants must have a basic knowledge of the relevant Indonesian standards for there own discipline and a working understanding of related fields with the industry.
* To have good knowledge and understanding of basic Health and Safety working practices
* Must have a good oral and written command of the English language
* Have basic computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft programmes.
* Must be able to drive a motor vehicle and hold a current Indonesian driving licence.

PENERIMAAN DOSEN TETAP

UNIVERSITAS ISLAM INDONESIA

Universitas Islam Indonesia Yogyakarta, membuka kesempatan untuk menjadi dosen tetap pada program studi: Akuntansi, Manajemen, Ilmu Hukum, Arsitektur, Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, Teknik Informatika, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Ilmu Komunikasi, Pendidikan Dokter, Ekonomi Islam, Hukum Islam dan Pendidikan Agama Islam, dengan syarat-syarat sebagai berikut :

1. Syarat pendaftaran :

a. Warga Negara Indonesia.
b. Beragama Islam.
c. Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
d. Diutamakan berpendidikan S2/S3 atau telah diterima/sedang menempuh studi program S2/S3, dengan jenjang pendidikan S1, S2, dan S3 pada jalur yang sebidang/serumpun.
Diberikan kesempatan bagi lulusan dengan pendidikan serendah-rendahnya S1 (khusus Fakultas Kedokteran sudah berijazah dokter; program studi Hukum Islam dan Pendidikan Agama Islam sesuai syarat khusus), dari program studi yang terakreditasi minimal sama dengan akreditasi program studi yang dituju.
Catatan: Apabila telah lolos seleksi, calon pegawai dengan pendidikan S1 dan/atau dokter berkewajiban menempuh/telah terdaftar pada program S2/spesialis atas biaya di luar tanggungan UII dengan batas waktu selambat-lambatnya 1 Januari 2011. Pengangkatan calon pegawai menjadi dosen tetap dilakukan setelah yang bersangkutan dinyatakan lulus S2/spesialis.
e. Pada tanggal 1 April 2010, maksimal berusia 30 tahun bagi yang berijazah S1/dokter atau 35 tahun bagi yang berijazah S2/spesialis atau 39 tahun bagi yang berijazah S3.
f. Lancar berbahasa Inggris yang dibuktikan dengan skor hasil tes 2 tahun terakhir, minimal 500 (paper-based TOEFL, institutional TOEFL) atau 180 (computer-based TOEFL) atau 64 (Internet-based TOEFL) atau 5 (IELTS) dari penyelenggara tes TOEFL atau IELTS resmi atau minimal 510 skor CEPT dari Cilacs UII. Calon yang berijazah S2/S3 dari English-speaking countries tidak diwajibkan menyertakan sertifikat TOEFL/IELTS/ CEPT.
g. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif S1/dokter serendah-rendahnya 3,0 (tiga koma nol) dan S2/S3 serendah-rendahnya 3,5 (tiga koma lima) untuk lulusan perguruan tinggi dalam negeri dan 3,3 (tiga koma tiga) untuk lulusan luar negeri atau dokter spesialis dengan skala 4,0 (empat koma nol). IPK yang digunakan adalah IPK pada jenjang pendidikan terakhir berdasarkan ijazah yang dimiliki.
h. Bagi pelamar yang sudah berpendidikan S2 tidak diperkenkan melamar dengan kualifikasi pendidikan S1.
i. Berkelakuan baik.
j. Syarat Khusus:
* Prodi Ilmu Hukum:
Lulusan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengampu mata kuliah: Sosiologi/Filsafat Hukum, Praktik Peradilan, atau Hukum Perjanjian/Hukum Keluarga.
* Prodi Teknik Informatika:
Lulusan program studi: Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika, Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Elektro (Kosentrasi: Teknik Informatika/ Sistem Komputer).
* Prodi Teknik Elektro:
Lulusan dengan konsentrasi Kendali, Telekomunikasi, Elektronika
* Prodi Teknik Mesin:
Lulusan dengan konsentrasi Manufaktur, Struktur, Otomasi.
* Prodi Pendidikan Dokter:
Lulusan yang dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi departemen: Anatomi, Parasitologi, Farmakologi, Biokimia, Histologi, Ilmu Penyakit Mata, Ilmu Penyakit THT, Anestesiologi, Ilmu Bedah, Ilmu Kesehatan Anak, Patologi Anatomi, Radiologi, Ilmu Kedokteran Forensik, Ilmu Kesehatan Jiwa, Obstetri Ginekologi, Medical Education.
* Ekonomi Islam:
Lulusan program studi/konsentrasi Ilmu Ekonomi/Ekonomi Pembangunan/ Ekonomi Islam (S1) atau lulusan Magister Ekonomi Islam (S2) dengan latar belakang pendidikan S1 Ilmu Ekonomi/Ekonomi Pembangunan/ Ekonomi Islam, untuk ditempatkan pada Fakultas Ilmu Agama Islam.
* Hukum Islam:
Lulusan program studi Syariah/Al-Ahwal Al-Syakhsiyyah yang sedang atau telah menempuh program S3 dan memiliki beberapa karya ilmiah yang dipublikasikan.
* Pendidikan Agama Islam:
Lulusan program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang sedang atau telah menempuh program S3 dan memiliki beberapa karya ilmiah yang dipublikasikan.
